THE HALL OF FAILURE

26.06.2026–03.01.2027
The Hall of Failure is an exhibition project that celebrates failure and its inherent potential as a source of development, well-being, and social cohesion. The project has Kunsthal Aarhus as its epicentre and extends to upper secondary schools and businesses.

Every failure comes with a sense of risk attached. Condemnation hangs in the air like a heavy thundercloud, ready to strike if we step out of line. It instils a fear of failure that traps us in a state of stagnation, where the possibility of transformation is lost. Yet failure can be the most direct path to change. Failure can create breakthroughs that move us forward and bring us closer together as a community – and failure is inevitable.

THE SCULPTURE PARK

Permanent exhibition with dynamic works of art.
Kunsthal Aarhus’ Sculpture Park was established in connection with the institution’s 100th anniversary in 2017 and today functions as an open artistic public space where international and Danish artists continuously contribute new works.

Together, these works make the Sculpture Park a sensory meeting place between art, nature, and everyday life in Aarhus.
