Would you like your meeting, event, or reception to take place in a relaxed atmosphere surrounded by art? It is possible to hire facilities at Kunsthal Aarhus, located in the heart of the city, for meetings, conferences, product launches, receptions, and similar events.

Kunsthal Aarhus’ meeting room, with capacity for up to 20 people, can be hired for DKK 5,000 incl. VAT. The room is equipped with a large flat-screen display, speakers, and facilities for online meetings.

Kunsthal Aarhus’ café and foyer, accommodating up to 150 standing guests or 50 seated guests, can be hired for DKK 5,000 incl. VAT.

We also offer tailored solutions that include the hire of Kunsthal Aarhus’ gallery spaces. These comprise two larger ground-floor galleries of 150 square metres each and a large basement gallery of 400 square metres.

Such arrangements are subject to the scheduling of the institution’s other activities, exhibition openings, and related events.
